A 90-minute investment

Do you ever feel low mood or a bit flat during January?

As we begin another New Year, a restorative evening might be the thing you need. A relaxing 90-minute workshop dedicated to your wellbeing. Located at the beautiful North Warnborough Village Hall, where we will find our inner peace during this cosy candlelight session. All you need to do is turn up as you are & you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation.

What’s restorative yoga?

Restorative yoga restores the body to its parasympathetic nervous system. It helps the body rest, heal and balance. Restorative yoga is for anyone to find a way to manage their overwhelm and anxiety. As well as those who desire to quiet the mind and need relaxation.

Energy flows from one person to another, if you are angry, your nearest and dearest will feel a piece of that. Similarly, when you are feeling calm, you’ll pass that energy on too. By investing time to relax and restore, you are investing that energy into your loved ones.

The evening will include:

  • Pranayama exercise which aims to clear your mind

  • A gentle yoga flow into restorative postures

  • Abdominal breathing

  • A guided relaxation

  • A short but sweet journaling practice

The effect of restorative yoga speaks for itself. You will leave this class feeling well-rested, and overall lighter. This is your chance to bring some soothing yet uplifting energy into the dull days of January.
