Tips before you arrive…

· I supply the mats, you are welcome to bring your own mat and place it on top to give your body more support, and protection on those knees.

· Arrive 5 minutes before the class is due to start, if you are running late, still join but quietly enter the room

· Please ensure your phone is on flight mode, silent or switched off.

· Wear comfy but supportive clothing

Tip: Come into down dog and see how it feels, if you’re top covers your face, you may want to change!

· Hydration is important you may want to bring a bottle of water with you or have a drink when you get home.

· You may get cold during relaxation, I advise you to bring a blanket or layer up with a cosy jumper.

· If you have props bring the props to use in my class. I don’t currently have props that can be used. Read more about props here.

 

Covid-19 update – as of 01/12/21

· Masks are not mandatory in halls, but if you feel more comfortable, please wear a mask into the hall and remove once we begin our session

· Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance of the hall, sanitise when arriving & leaving.

· The yoga mats I supply are disinfected before every class
